This page explains what Big Oak Trim Works collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What the quote form collects

• The piece you want built, your description, wood preference, budget range and timeline.
• Your city, state and ZIP code.
• Your name, email, phone number if you give it, company if you give it, and how you'd like us to reach you.
• Any photos you upload.
• How you found us, if you tell us, and the page or link that brought you to the site.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, used only to block spam and repeated submissions.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request and quote your piece. Your photos are stored so we can see the space and quote the job. We contact you by the method you choose. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and photos for 24 months, then delete them. Ask us and we'll delete yours sooner.

Who helps us run the site

• Supabase stores quote requests and photos.
• Vercel hosts the website and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
• Resend sends our emails, including the confirmation you receive.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person, not a bot.

Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us.
